Advertising for coding-agent workflows

Advertising, rebuilt for coding agents.

Mikasa is building sponsored experiences without turning prompt content or code into ad inventory.

The interface changed.

The old ad model should not follow it.

A coding agent is a workspace, not a feed. Mikasa is exploring sponsored experiences that fit the workflow while keeping the developer in control.

Three boundaries, from day one.

The alpha starts with the things developers should not have to negotiate.

  1. 01

    Stay native

Native adapters work with supported agent platforms. The native agent interface remains the workspace.

  2. 02

    Keep work local

Prompt content and code stay inside the developer environment during alpha campaign selection.

  3. 03

    Fail open

If Mikasa cannot safely complete a sponsored experience, it releases the pending prompt.

Your work stays yours.

The alpha privacy boundary keeps raw prompt content and code out of Mikasa’s backend. Sponsored content stays separate from model context.

Prompt content, code, and credentials remain outside the advertising system.

We asked students for ideas. Their response gave us a story and a reason to start building in public.
